I received word today that Sweetest Taboo was voted "Story of the Month" in the "Character_Call_Central" Yahoo group. I want to thank everyone who voted for my story, and if you didn't vote for my story, I hope that because it was voted "Story of the Month" for July that you will catch up on it...

I finally managed to get the chapter out. It wasn't easy though! When I got home I started to do other things and realized that I had forgotten to send Chapter 47. Next thing I remember is waking up at like 11:30pm because my brother was calling me to tell me that he was not going to be staying...

As you may know, Michael Jackson passed away on Thursday...and I got a phone call from a friend asking me to do something for him. I immediately started on it because I knew it would take me a while to do.

So I was planning on moving all the updates I had on MySpace to here, but that plan so totally back-fired tonight! I was in the middle of doing so, and it got to the point where the website was having trouble loading, so I quit doing that and deleted the ones that I had here. I am off to bed...

I have completely updated the Exclusives part of the website. I am no longer going to be using the BlogSpot website for the story. Everything will now be featured here on this website. Of course, you will still find the story on Carla's website -- that is the ONLY thing that will not be featured...

I have not updated the MySpace in almos a month, and I do apologize for that. As I have previously posted here, my grandmother did pass away on May 24th, so I hope you do understand that what was going on was a million times more important than any story can or ever will be.

It has been about 11 days or so since I last updated. A lot of things were going on and I just could not concentrate on the story, let alone release a chapter. Everything has been pushed back a month now because of the death of my grandmother on May 24th.

About Chapter 47 Release

Due to family matters that take a major priority over anything else in my life be it the story or friend or work, etc., I am NOT going to be releasing the next chapter as planned. I do not know when I will release the next chapter.
Please keep my grandma in your prayers.
